How do I use Lueur Organics products?
When you are ordering your products, please be sure to read the detailed description in order to obtain a full understanding of each product that we offer. Each Lueur Organics order will also come with a detailed instruction card of how to use each product.
What should I do if I feel as though I am having an adverse reaction to Lueur Organics products?
When beginning a new skin care regimen, some times you have to allow your skin to adjust to the new products being used. If you are experiencing small bumps that are similar to that of a rash, please halt use or decrease use of the product.
While I was checking out, my order was declined, why?
Please check out using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you are able to checkout with a debit or credit card through PayPal.
Can I make a change to my order, or cancel my order?
Customers have 24 hours to change their order or cancel it. If a customer would like to cancel their order, they can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be prompt to issue a refund. If a customer would like to change their order or add another product to their order, they can easily log into their account and add another product and they will be shipped together.
What are the average processing and shipping times?
Please allow us between 2-4 business days for processing your order. All orders are shipped via UPS and can take 1-5 days for shipping depending on location. Tracking numbers are emailed to each customer after orders are fulfilled.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is offered through UPS and USPS. We are not liable of withholding any custom fees you may experienced. We are not responsible of any delays due to customs.
What do I do if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Lueur Organics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All packages are shipped via UPS and insured up to $100. In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please send us an email at email@example.com to notify us of the issue. You will be required to submit a claim online or on the phone with UPS 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
